Originating in the Rocky Mountains, Mr. G’s Cuisine is run by proud owner and chef Eli Gerstein. After spending several years working amongst some of Vail Valley’s finest dining establishments, Gerstein tried his luck in opening up his very own (BBQ) concept. With a love for food and a passion to share its’ integrity, Mr. G’s Cuisine was born in the spring of 2018. His goal: bring true, local food to real, local people.

Depending on the season you can find Mr. G cooking up a variety of smoked meats, seasonal sides and speciality sandwiches. By working locally with vendors across the state and buying only in season, there becomes a high and true quality to that of which comes out of the Gerstein kitchen. Upon visiting Mr. G’s at a local Colorado event, you will find a good balance of hearty, tender and flavorful options, as he makes it a point, no matter the season, to deliver.

Mr. G’s has made appearances throughout the high country catering each events menu to the demands of not only the season but that of its’ attendees. This custom cuisine concept has been well accepted by its’ customers and is just getting started in assuring it’s guests that they are always smoking only the highest quality.
