We recently hired Mr. G’s Cuisine for an open house in Eagle. Our event was called Soleil de Mayo. Eli came up with an impressive menu with various tacos, shrimp ceviche, chili lime popcorn, and tres leches dessert. He made the tacos to order in his food truck and everyone LOVED them! The shrimp ceviche was the best we’ve ever had - super fresh and amazing flavor! Eli puts a lot of attention to detail and lots of love in all of his cooking and it shows!

We would highly recommend using Mr. G’s for any event - you won’t be disappointed!!!
